FAQ

What is the minimum lease?

Six months. Most residents sign for twelve, and leases can be renewed with a month's notice.

Are the homes furnished?

Yes. Every home comes with furniture, linen, towels, kitchenware and a work desk, so you can move in with a suitcase.

What is included in the rent?

Fibre Wi-Fi, building and pool fees, gym access and a monthly air-con service. Electricity and water are billed at the government rate on one monthly statement.

How much is the deposit?

Two months' rent, returned within 30 days of moving out after a joint check of the home.

Are pets allowed?

Small pets are welcome in selected ground and first-floor homes. Ask us when you enquire.

Can you help with long-stay visas?

We can introduce you to licensed visa agents in Phuket and provide the lease and residence letters they usually ask for.
